A NYT article reported that Google soon will use a new algorithm to screen job applicant.
When you have tons of web page floating in Web, you need a pagerank to get the right search results, so when you get tons of job applications, you will need a peoplerank to get the right person(s). Can they open source it so all the recruiters can use it and save a lot of labor? Or they will patent it and gain profit?
Maybe I should register a “job interview appliance” domain or patent now? ;)
Update: The word “peoplerank” is used for other purpose already…:P
